My dad came to help me today for five hours today. It made the day so much easier! Tessie had fun wrestling and chasing Grandpa, and Leo had fun getting a bath, eating and sleeping.
SUCCESSES
- Thanks to Dad's help I took a short nap, and cleans out and scrubbed the fridge with Clorox!
- Tessie ate a huge lunch today, and it wasn't all cookies.
- Tessie can now say the words "ball, Mom, Dad, this, that, look, uh-oh, Grandma, Grandpa," and her favorite, "no."
- David let me take another one-hour nap while he put away all the Christmas stuff.
- Leo projectile pooped over six feet, from his changing table to his crib. He's so talented.
THINGS I'LL LAUGH AT SOMEDAY
- Projectile poop.
I'm very proud of installing this baby gate that hasn't fallen down yet.
